We accept exchanges and refunds under strict conditions: Jerseys with custom printed names or numbers are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Non-printed jerseys are eligible for exchange only if they are unused, unwashed, returned in their original packaging, and have all tags attached. A 25 AED delivery fee applies to all exchange requests. We only offer refunds if you receive a damaged item. All refund/exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Once the item is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your bank account within 3-4 business days.

To preserve your jersey's quality: Hand wash only using cold water and a small amount of mild detergent. Wash gently and do not scrub the prints or logos. Do not use a washing machine or a tumble dryer. Air dry in the shade, and do not wring or twist the fabric. Player Version jerseys require extra care due to their lightweight fabric and heat-pressed details.

Our standard shirts and retro kits fit true to size. However, if you are ordering a 'Player Issue' kit, we highly recommend sizing up, as they feature a much tighter, athletic cut designed for the pitch.

We drop new items weekly. Since we curate our collections based on the latest football matches, tournament hype, and seasonal releases, our inventory is dynamic. Sourcing is limited, so once a drop sells out, it might not restock.
